Speler in actie met een XRcade-headset

Team building and corporate eventsin extended reality

From team building to a staff party: your space becomes the playing field. We bring the headsets, the games and the guidance, you bring your team.

  • Up to 8 players at once in a single arena
  • All across Belgium, at your place or at a partner venue
  • No experience needed, guidance included

Two ways to play

You choose where it happens. Either way, we take care of the full experience.

At your own location

A clear space in your office, warehouse or function room is all it takes. We come and set up, guide the whole thing and leave the space exactly as we found it.

  • No travel time for your team
  • Combine it with your own catering or reception
  • We bring all the equipment

At a partner venue

Prefer to hand it all over? We work with venues right across Flanders, where catering and extra activities are simply part of the deal.

  • Venue, food and drink in one proposal
  • Extra activities possible alongside XR
  • We arrange everything with the venue

Our games

Spatial Ops

A tactical multiplayer arena in extended reality. You see your real surroundings and your colleagues, while the game plays out all around you. You move around freely, take cover behind real walls and call out to each other across the space. Working together is the only route to victory.

Genuinely together in one room

No avatars in a separate world: your teammates are standing right next to you, with their voices and body language.

Mixed reality

The real space stays visible, so you do not bump into things and you are up to speed straight away.

Playable from the start

Five minutes of explanation and everyone joins in, from seasoned gamer to someone who has never worn a headset.

Spatial Ops is the first game in our library. New games and experiences are on the way.

How it works

  1. 1

    Quote and planning

You tell us the date, the group and the location. We send a tailored proposal and check that the space works.

  2. 2

    We set up

Our crew arrives well in advance, measures the space and gets the arena ready.

  3. 3

    Playing in rotations

Everyone gets a briefing and plays in groups of up to 8 players. Those waiting follow along on the screen.

  4. 4

    Clearing away

We take everything down and leave the space exactly as we found it.

Large group?

For larger groups we bring in several operators, so the session delivers as much playing time as possible. Count on roughly four games of 8 to 10 minutes per hour. In a 3 hour session, around 45 participants each play at least two games.

Frequently asked questions

A clear space of around 10 by 10 metres is recommended, with around 2.5 metres of height. We also build custom maps for other spaces, as long as it stays practical to keep enough players active at once.

Yes. In that case we build a custom map around your columns, racking or furniture. That takes a bit more preparation and therefore costs a little more, but afterwards you will look at your own office in a completely different way.

At least 4 and at most 8 people play at once. Larger groups play in rotations, and we bring in several operators so there is very little waiting.

The length of a game depends on the number of players and the length of the session. Count on 7 to 12 minutes per game. A session usually lasts 2 to 3 hours, and longer is always possible on request.

No. Our hosts explain everything step by step and stay with you for the whole session. Most people are playing after five minutes as if they have never done anything else.

That is unlikely. You keep seeing your real surroundings and you move through the space yourself, and it is exactly that difference with classic VR that means most people have no trouble with it. If someone does feel unwell, the headset can always come off without disrupting the game.

The space is measured in advance and you simply see your colleagues and the real walls. Our hosts also keep an eye on the arena throughout.

That depends on exactly what you want: the group size, the duration, the location and whether a custom map is needed. You always get a quote setting out what is included, with no surprises afterwards.

Yes. Our home base is near Ghent. Depending on the distance to your location we charge a travel cost, which is always stated in the quote up front.

Certainly. At your own location you work with your own catering; at a partner venue everything, from the room to the catering and any extra activities, comes in one proposal.

That is possible on a flat, enclosed surface, but we prefer to play indoors: direct sunlight and rain are not ideal for the headsets. We will look together at what works best at your location.

Every headset gets a hygienic face insert that we replace or clean between players. If you wear glasses, they will fit under the headset in most cases.

For larger groups we recommend three to four weeks. Last minute? Do ask, sometimes it still works out.

Ready for your event?

Tell us briefly what you have in mind. You will get a tailored proposal, with no obligation.
